In year 2, for internet safety day we begun by thinking about what technology looked like and how it is always changing. We were asked to order computer, phones, musical devices and games form oldest to newest. We then spoke about smaller changes we may see online day to day, from a change in character avatars or even pop ups. We then shared a story that explored how changes online can make us feel. In this story, we meet Mo and Jaz, two children who love playing games online. When something happens in their game that makes them feel worried, they realise they need to let an adult know. We spoke about our trusted adults and what do do if a change makes us feel unsafe. To see more of what we have been up to online, take a look at our class page.
