On Wednesday, we had a brilliant day thinking about about our mental health and well-being. During the day, we completed lots of activities that helped us to smile and relax. These included: colouring, dancing and even listening to and playing some music. Dancing with Gemma was such good fun and made us all feel really happy and full of energy.
