In P.E this term, we are completing a unit on gymnastics. This week we used shapes such as pikes, straddles, front supports and back supports and thought about how we could adapt them. We chose 3 of our new shapes and put them in to a short routine to perform to the class. We focused on tension in our bodies this session.
