In DT we have enjoyed our cooking unit. We made a vegetarian spaghetti bolognese using Quorn Mince, a mixture of different vegetables, chopped tomatos and garlic. We enjoyed the expereince of chopping all of the vegetables and the cooking process. Some of us were brave enough to taste the food we made. Most of the class enjoyed tasting something different.
